Registration Fees and Rate Deadlines
Registration is now open for in-person and virtual attendance for the 2025 PAT Conference. Please see the registration rates and deadlines below.
- Early Bird Registration (12/1/24 – 3/31/25): $300
- Conference Registration (begins 4/1/25): $350
- Student Registration: $200
- Virtual Registration: $300
- Virtual Registration Group Rate: $250 per person
- *Groups are defined as 4+ people from the same organization. To register your group to attend, please fill out this

Hotel Accommodations
We’ve secured a conference hotel block to make your stay convenient and comfortable! Enjoy exclusive discounted rates at the Omaha Marriott, just minutes from the conference venue. The Marriott has comped parking charges for our conference guests. Please speak to the front desk upon your arrival to confirm the waived fee. Reserve your room early to guarantee availability!

At this event, photography and videos may be recorded. By attending this event, you may be included in these photos and videos. Your attendance at this event grants your permission to be in these photos or videos, which may be used for educational, archival or promotional purposes.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellations are accepted up to 30 days prior to the conference and will be granted a refund, with a $50 processing fee taken from the refund. Cancellations after May 1, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. will not be eligible for a refund.
