Vestibular Tests: Left Anterior Semont Maneuver

  • Another option for Left Anterior Canalithiasis is the Left Semont Maneuver and so we will turn the head towards the affected side and go down nose down and hold for one to two minutes and then we go all the way over in one fell swoop without turning the head, nose up for one to two minutes.  Then return to sitting.
