Be Realistic with New Year’s Resolutions
If you have a new year's resolution to minimize sweets and you go to a birthday party, well the next day, indulge less because you ate cake the night before.
It's okay to be realistic with your goals and to be easy on yourself as far as allowing exceptions, as long as in general, you're on the right path to health and your new year's resolutions.
