Balance Research
Our Balance and Vestibular Research labs study the genetic development and maintenance of the vestibular system and seek to understand vestibular physiology in both health and pathology. Our researchers work closely with clinicians to provide services in the assessment of balance and dizziness in patients.
Some of the questions we're interested in are:
- How can we better understand vestibular physiology?
- How can we improve vestibular assessments for children?
- How can we improve treatment for vestibular problems such as chronic vertigo or BPPV?
