Dr. Stuart White, Ph.D.

Dr. White is an expert in the neurobiology of psychopathology in adolescence and has published more than 50 scientific manuscripts on this and related topics. His academic service includes sitting on the editorial boards of the Journal of Abnormal Child Psychology and Frontiers in Human Neuroscience and teaching at the University of Nebraska Medical Center/Creighton University Residency Programs, and the University of Nebraska Medical Center Graduate Neuroscience Program. Dr. White also consults for local and national legal and juvenile justice stakeholders. Dr. White was awarded a K01 grant from the National Institute of Mental Health in 2017. He received his Ph.D. at the University of New Orleans and trained in neuroimaging and cognitive neuroscience at the National Institute of Mental Health, NIH. Dr. White joined Boys Town National Research Hospital in 2015 and the Institute for Human Neuroscience in 2021.

Ms. Eibhlis Moriarty, M.A.

Ms. Moriarty is a research assistant in the DCN Lab. She graduated with a degree B.A. in psychology and Irish music & dance in 2017 and M.A. in psychology in 2019 from the University of Limerick, Ireland. Eibhlis intends to pursue a Ph.D. in clinical psychology focusing on how substance abuse disorders arise from and maintain symptoms of PTSD/trauma. She joined the DCN Lab in September 2019.

Ms. Adriana Mejias Fernandez

Ms. Mejias Fernandez is a research assistant in the DCN Lab. She graduated with a B.A. in psychology from Florida International University in 2020. Adriana intends on pursuing a doctorate studies in child clinical or developmental psychology.
