​How to Participate in Neurobehavioral Studies

Participation in neurobehavioral studies may include behavior observation, brain imaging and psychological interviews. Participants will be compensated for time.

These outpatient studies take place at:

Current Study Participation Needs

The following studies are enrolling participants at this time:

Healthy Participants Research Study for Children Ages 10 to 18

Boys Town National Research Hospital is seeking healthy children and adolescents to participate in research studies. Your child may qualify if:

  • Your child is between 10 - 18 years old,
  • Is medically healthy, and
  • Does not have a history of current or past psychiatric illness

Does your child have emotional or behavioral problems?

Boys Town National Research Hospital is seeking children and ​adolescents with emotional and behavioral problems to participate in research studies. Your child may qualify for participation if:

  • Your child is between 10 – 18 years old,
  • Is medically healthy, and
  • Has emotional problems (anxious, depressed, withdrawn), and/or
  • Has behavioral problems (disruptiveness, anger, aggression)
