One easy way for you to relax is get some sort of physical activity. It may sound counter intuitive since you are putting a little work into it but the after effects are very beneficial.

With exercise there are definitely multiple benefits with heart health, general well-being and feeling good about yourself and afterwards, you usually feel pretty relaxed.
