Make Time for Health
We get a lot of questions in clinic, how do we find the time to do the things we want to do in a day? Such as: diet, exercise, being with the family, and what we really need to do is to make the time.
It's a good idea to try and combine things together. So, when you're preparing dinner for the family that can be family time. You can have your kids around. You can have your spouse around. Everybody can talk and communicate.
And then exercising can also be family time as well. Going for walks together, or even having a gym membership together, can really be beneficial for everybody in the family.
