The five easiest ways to lower your cholesterol, number one would be more exercise, including cardiovascular as well as weightlifting, and that's very important you do both.
The next would be to decrease saturated fats and those are your red meats and high-fat dairy foods.
Number three would be losing weight, which correlates directly with number one and two.
Number four would be increasing your unsaturated fats which are your vegetable oils which actually can help with cholesterol, and the last one, number five, would be more fruits and vegetables.
Lower your cholesterol and help decrease your risk for heart disease, heart attack and stroke.
