Boys Town National Research Hospital research scientists are recognized both nationally and internationally for their many contributions to our understanding of hearing loss. Most studies are supported by the National Institutes of Health. Adult and child volunteers are essential for the success of our ongoing research programs, which help us to develop new tests and intervention strategies that improve services to both children and adults with hearing loss. Progress can only be made with the help of volunteers who participate in studies.
