Description:

WavEd is a waveform editor for windows that allows you to interact with digitized signals. WavEd reads and writes sampled-data files and displays their components on the screen. The program can read and write (1) ILS sampled-data files, (2) NeXT sound (.snd) files, (3) MATLAB (.mat) data files, (4) MS Windows (.wav) waveform files, (5) ASCII text files (with one number per line), and other 8-bit or 16-bit integer data files. In addition, WavEd can also write BTNRH PLT files and C source code files.
