John K. Arch, FACHE
Executive Vice President of Health Care
Director of Boys Town National Research Hospital and Clinics
John Arch is the appointed Boys Town Executive Vice President of Health Care and Director of Boys Town National Research Hospital and Clinics. He previously served as Administrator of Boys Town National Research Hospital and Clinics for the past 18 years.
Boys Town National Research Hospital offers two locations: downtown at 30th and California Streets and on the Boys Town campus at 139th and Pacific Streets, as well as multi-specialty clinics and pediatric clinics throughout Omaha and a 102-bed child and adolescent behavioral health residential treatment program.
Arch is a Fellow in the American College of Health Care Executives. He has served as District I Chairman of the Nebraska Hospital Association, Board member of Saint Joseph Center for Mental Health, Board member of UniNet Healthcare Network, and Vice-Chairman and Chairman of Grace University. He currently serves as a board member of Creighton University Medical Center.
He received a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a Master of Arts Degree from Western Seminary in Clinical/Counseling Psychology.
Edward M. Kolb, M.D.
Edward M. Kolb, M.D., is the appointed Medical Director of Boys Town National Research Hospital and Clinics.
Dr. Kolb was awarded his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. He completed residency training in Pediatrics at the University of Washington in Seattle and residency training in Anesthesiology at the University of California, San Diego. He is Board Certified in Pediatrics and Anesthesiology.
After joining the Hospital in 2006, Dr. Kolb served as the Medical Director of Boys Town National Research Hospital – West, Director of the International Adoption Clinic, and Director of the Craniofacial – Cleft Lip and Palate Team. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists, Nebraska Society of Anesthesiologists (serving as President from 2000-2001), Society for Pediatric Anesthesia, Metropolitan Omaha Medical Society, Nebraska Medical Association, American Cleft Palate Association and the American Medical Association.
